OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Experience supporting third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations in the United States, with exposure to multi-site environments and continuous operational performance monitoring. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, reconciliation processes, and stock accuracy controls. Proven experience tracking warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, storage utilization, aging control, and shrinkage management. Solid understanding of cold storage operations and food safety standards. Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements applicable to warehousing operations, including USDA and CBP regulations. Experience reviewing warehouse cost components, including storage fees, handling charges, and accessorial costs. Ability to support performance review discussions with 3PL partners and follow up on corrective action plans. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in high-volume environments. Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Operations Management

Support receiving, storage, and outbound operations at third-party distribution centers, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards. Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance deviations, and report analyses to the Warehouse Coordinator. Support the management of loading and unloading schedules in coordination with 3PL partners, contributing to increased productivity, service level maintenance, and reduction of additional costs and operational losses. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of operational best practices.

2) Inventory Management

Support inventory accuracy by coordinating physical and system-based stock controls with third-party logistics providers, ensuring proper execution of inventory movements and reconciliation between physical and system inventory. Monitor inventory variances, aging, and FEFO compliance, reporting deviations and supporting corrective actions. Track storage-related costs and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce additional charges and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain structured inventory routines to ensure operational stability and data reliability.

3) Financial Management

Support financial postings, contract tracking, procurement activities, and payment processes related to third-party distribution centers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Monitor branch-level operating expenses and financial KPIs, identify variances, and report deviations to the Warehouse Coordinator. Support cost control routines, validation of storage and handling charges, and documentation review to ensure financial accuracy and operational consistency across the warehouse network.
